Where We Go

Where Our Retreats Take You

Our home is Southern Africa’s heartlands — South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana and Namibia. Each destination brings its own texture of wild: Table Mountain’s fynbos coastline, the thunder of Victoria Falls, walking-safari trails in Zambia, the braided waterways of the Okavango Delta, and the dune silence of Namibia’s deserts.

Every retreat we design pairs the practice with a place suited to it — chosen for pace, privacy, and the quality of stillness on offer.

South Africa01 / 05

South Africa

South Africa is where mountains meet ocean. Table Mountain rises straight from the Atlantic, the Winelands unfold in valleys an hour from the city, and the fynbos coastline runs from Cape Point to the whale waters of Hermanus — the gentlest introduction to a safari-yoga retreat.

Zimbabwe

Victoria Falls sets the tone for a Zimbabwean retreat — the thunder of falling water, the mist over the Zambezi gorge, and riverside elephant camps beyond. Our Zimbabwean retreats include Yoga on The Bridge, a sunrise class 128 metres above the Zambezi.

Zambia03 / 05

Zambia

Zambia is the walking-safari heartland of Southern Africa — remote bush camps, veteran guides, and a quieter stretch of the Zambezi than its Victoria Falls side. South Luangwa’s density of wildlife is matched by very few places on the continent.

Botswana04 / 05

Botswana

Botswana trades density of wildlife for space and quiet. The Okavango Delta’s braided waterways, the white silence of the Makgadikgadi salt pans, and private concessions with no other vehicles in sight make it the most spacious of the five countries we work in.

Namibia

Namibia strips everything back to space and silence. The dunes of Sossusvlei rise higher than almost anywhere on earth, and the night skies are among the darkest left anywhere on the planet — ideal for slower, more contemplative retreats.
